
Digital Evidence (DE) examination services are provided to assist local, state, and federal agencies to investigate crimes and incidents to include: homicides, child pornography, child enticement, missing persons, fraud, identity theft, narcotics, auto theft, and many more.
The DE processes digital evidence found on computers, cell phones, digital cameras, digital video capture devices and a variety of digital media such as CDs, DVDs, removable media (thumb drives, memory cards, etc.), and more.
The following is needed at the time of evidence submittal:
- Request for Laboratory Examination Computer Request form
- Search warrant or a signed consent to search form (this includes cell phones)
- Copy of offense report
