LET - Advanced Training

LET provides many advanced training classes for SD law enforcement officers, prosecutors and correctional officers both at the training academy and in specific cities or counties.

LET, through the Law Enforcement Standards and Training Commission, awards grants to local law enforcement agencies to host their own training. The grant program was established to allow departments to bring in specific training they feel is needed by their department, but not currently offered through LET.
