LET - Basic Training

LET provides twelve-week basic training sessions three times each year at the training academy in Pierre for law enforcement officer certification.

All SD law enforcement officers must be certified within their first year of employment.

You can download the Training Application form and fill it out online. Once you have finished filling out the form, you can print it out.
